1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "n567" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the n567.org platform and all associated services, games, and products.
• "User" / "you" / "your" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the n567 platform.
• "Platform" means the n567 website at n567.org, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any downloadable application made available by n567.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable profile created by a User upon successful registration on n567.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's n567 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or promotional rewards credited to a User's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a User must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by n567 before processing withdrawals or investigating account queries.
• "Services" encompasses all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, Rummy tournaments, Slot games, Coin games, and any ancillary features accessible through the n567 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an Account on n567, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate, and the funds in your Account are your own lawfully obtained money.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from n567 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any court order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that n567 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

n567 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in our request will result in Account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on n567. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. n567 will never ask for your password by email or chat.
• Notify n567 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your personal details promptly should any information change after registration.

n567 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a User failing to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a security breach, we may temporarily lock an Account pending a security review without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

n567 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Debit / Credit Card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to use USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum single deposit: Rs 500,000 (or as revised by n567 from time to time).
• Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond n567's control.
• n567 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the same name as your n567 Account.
• Failed deposit attempts do not create any liability on n567's part. Contact your payment provider or our support team if funds are debited but not credited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days subject to KYC clearance.
• n567 may require you to complete full KYC verification — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. n567 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• n567 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, potential bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

n567 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL special promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds. The standard wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagers on certain games — including but not limited to live dealer roulette, baccarat, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
• n567 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — constitutes abuse. n567 will cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it and may permanently close the Account.

6 Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

The specific rules governing each game or betting market available on n567 are published within the relevant game interface or betting page. In the event of a conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence with respect to that game only.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international matches). n567's decision regarding bet settlement is final once confirmed.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including match abandonment, data feed errors, pricing errors, or rule violations by the relevant sporting body. Void bets are returned to the User's Balance at the original stake amount.
• In-Play Betting: n567 offers live in-play markets on cricket, and other selected sports. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the User.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. Technical malfunctions void all play and related payouts for the affected round. n567 is not responsible for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Maximum Payout: n567 applies per-event and per-day maximum payout caps. Details are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on n567, whether in your own name or using different personal information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by n567.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Attempting to launder money or use n567 in connection with any criminal activity, whether under Pakistani law or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n567 staff, support agents, or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not redeemable and will be reversed.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

n567 is committed to promoting safe gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your n567 Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or automatic logouts after a session duration you define.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the n567 Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications and your Account will be inaccessible.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and your net session result.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the n567 Platform — including but not limited to the n567 name, logo, game graphics, interface designs, software code, marketing copy, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of n567 or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any n567 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use n567 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n567 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your own failure to maintain Account security or from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond n567's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by sporting governing bodies that affect the settlement of bets in ways not anticipated at the time the bet was placed.

n567's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time:

• By the User: You may close your n567 Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
• By n567: We may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon Account closure, n567 will return any verified real-money Balance (net of any bonuses or disputed amounts) to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which n567 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and n567:

• You must first contact n567 support to attempt an informal resolution. The support team will respond within 5 business days.
• If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process specified by the applicable licensing authority.
• n567's records — including betting logs, transaction histories, and communication logs — shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute proceeding.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
